Here it's not just you who is recharged by nature; all electricity on Langeland is powered 100% by nearby wind turbines - clean and renewable energy.
Villa Mare itself is also powered by 48 kWh battery capacity which is charged by solar cells on the roof, so your stay is not only luxurious,
but also powered by sustainable energy.

Enjoy the warmth and get silky soft skin in our 38 degree Chlorine-free saltwater Hottubs, feel your body awaken in the 2 degree cold ice bath, or pure relaxation in the spacious sauna with a subsequent dip in the lagoon and the sunset.
You can choose to rent it privately for yourself or share the experience with others during the “Social Wellness” time period.

Yes, you can purchase toast, butter and jam, oatmeal, cornflakes, which are ready on board.
Villa Mare is equipped with a 1000 liter holding tank for grey & black water, and is equipped with the latest technology within "Wastewater management and purification" a project supported by the EU, where black & grey water undergoes a purification process so that the 0 tolerance for wastewater discharge during sailing can be met, and the marine environment is not unnecessarily burdened. A system the EU expects by law to be equipped on all pleasure boats over 12 meters in the future.
You return Villa Mare in a tidy and proper condition, with all garbage thrown out in the appropriate garbage containers at the harbor, and we will take care of the cleaning.
At present we cannot offer high chairs or cots, but the bedrooms are designed so that you cannot "fall out of bed"
Due to allergies, the first Villa Mare will not allow pets, but if demand is high enough, we will create a specific edition where man's best friend can also participate.

Yes, when sailing there is appropriate safety equipment for everyone on board, except infants. All children under 12 years of age or who cannot swim MUST wear a life jacket when in the harbor alone. It is recommended that ALL children under 12 years of age are ALWAYS supervised near water.
Yes, there is a connection to the harbor's freshwater system with some of Denmark's finest drinking water from Snøde Waterworks, and when Villa Mare is not connected to the harbor's water supply, there is a 1000 liter freshwater tank on board, enough for 10 days of consumption. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN NORMAL TOILET VISITS INTO THE TOILETRIES, NO SANITARY PAPER; TAMPONS; PLASTIC; WASTE PAPER; THE SMALL BUCKETS IN THE TOILETRIES ARE USED HERE: ANYTHING OTHER THAN NORMAL TOILET VISITS WILL DESTROY THE CLEANING SYSTEM AND ATTENTION IS HEREBY GIVEN TO A SURCHARGE OF DKK 7,500. IF THIS IS NOT COMPLIED WITH, THE SAME WILL APPLY TO THE DISPOSAL OF OIL AND FATS IN THE SINKS. OIL AND FATS ARE PUT IN A BAG AND THROWED INTO THE PORT'S WASTE SYSTEMS.
Smoking is not allowed on board VILLA MARE. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee of DKK 5,000 will be charged.
No, our concept does not allow independent sailing with Villa Mare for rental purposes.
Villa Mare is classified as a pleasure craft in the “D” class and for an additional fee you can have it sailed to the beach (300 meters from the harbor) where you can enjoy your stay on your own island.
A small motorized RIB boat is included, so you can decide for yourself whether you want to go in and have something good for your palate and stomach at Kork & Godt, go in and enjoy a trip in the Hot tub and Sauna, or go for a bike ride in the beautiful surrounding landscape.
You return Villa Mare in a tidy and proper condition, with all garbage thrown out in the appropriate garbage containers at the harbor, and we will take care of the cleaning.
