Booking and confirmation
Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and are issued by Lamare Nordic for use in connection with the rental of villa mare at the address Dageløkke Havn 5-7, 5953 Tranekær. The gift certificate
is not personal, this also means that a lost gift card cannot be refunded. The gift card can only be used during the period that Villa Mare is open, i.e. April –
September, Lamare Nordic is currently closed for the winter months.

Right of withdrawal
If you cancel your purchase of a booking or gift card, it can be refunded within the scope of applicable legislation. The right of cancellation runs from the time you receive the goods.

Payment
Lamare nordic accepts the following credit cards: Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro & JCB
All prices are in DKK and include VAT.

Cancellation policy
If you want to cancel your booking, you must send an email with your full name and booking ID to Lamare nordic at info@villamare.dk

You can cancel your booking at Villa Mare free of charge up to 7 days before your reservation – this can be done directly through your confirmation email. In the event that you are forced to
to cancel your reservation after that, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of DKK 1500.

Cancellations made later than 48 hours before the booked time will not result in any refund for the purchased service.
Lamare Nordic has the right to cancel the booking at any time up to the reservation in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, power outages or other circumstances that could not be
be anticipated. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.
